The Eurofoetus Programme has the following main objectives:
- cooperation between clinicians
and manufacturers for the technical development of new instruments.
- the implementation of
intensive research projects to overcome the common limitations associated to invasive
uterine procedures, with a particular interest in prevention of ruptured membranes
- the design and implementation of computer and internet-based systems for the establishment of an international registry recording all available experience in operative fetoscopy, and allowing for a rapid interchange and merging of experiences in the field.
